Short course trucks have become class leaders at many tracks around the nation. What’s more is there’s a class for everyone. Stock class requires you to run stock tires while mod classes pretty much allow you to run whatever you want. Well, for those of you that want the most out of your short courser, the 1:8 superstar Caliber tread design is ready for you to leave stock in the dirt.

The Caliber takes tire technology to the next level by optimizing traction, control, balance, and tire wear with its dual-stage design. The smaller top pin penetrates through loose dirt while delivering unbelievable side and forward bite. The base pin works as a support for the top pin while acting as a dual-stage design once the top pin is worn down. You can rely on the base pin for greater tread life wear and it works well on those tracks that are prone to blue-groove or have a super clean surface.

Test Results:

"The Caliber SC tire is an aggressive tire used in nearly all conditions, it hooks my truck up and gives me the fast reaction I need to slice and dice my way around traffic in the short course class!"
~ Pro-Line Team Driver, Chad Bradley

Weeks of frustration solved by an amazing tire!
Well I picked up a Team Associated sc10. Started racing about a month ago and it was a very rocky start. I struggled for 3 weeks to get the truck dialed I did everything from motor change to diff suspension. The track I race on is at a down slope and it a nice out door dirt track but very slippery and rutted. So one day I'm browsing the internet and stumble across proline web site and get to looking at tire's. And the calibers catch my eye. So I did some research on them and decided to order me a pair. My first race out with the calibers my esc fried and I was forced to run stock motor and esc setup. So I get on the track and start practicing and it was like angels descended from heaven and it was game time from then on. It was like the tires and the track became one. All the struggle and setup after setup I tried was solved by this amazing tire. The truck was just handling perfect in this loose dry dirt and while others struggled for traction I soared to the finish like the track was made of super glue. Since then I have got my 10.5t motor back on and the calibers are just the perfect tire for me. I recommend these to anyone racing short course and will continue to buy proline products as long as I race rc. Proline FTW!

Sticks like a tongue to a frozen flag pole!
I love the M3 Caliber for my HPI Blitz and Jammin SCRT-10! I race on a clay/sand mix track with both loose and hard packed areas. With the soft M3's I get traction throughout the entire track. Full throttle through 180 degree turns, climbing slick jump faces, and top speed down our long Daytona style sweeper, Pro-Line Caliber tires provide the traction and stability I need to consistently finish on the podium! Brushless or brushed power, these tires stick to multiple surfaces like a tongue to a frozen flag pole! Thank you for a winning design and compound Pro-Line!

Grips like Velcro
These tires are amazing. I tested them on my Blitz at one of my local outdoor tracks. I was thoroughly impressed. I could take sharp corners at breakneck speed and hammer the throttle coming out. No problems as they hooked up like foam tires on asphalt. I ran them in as many different conditions as I could think of. The handled a hot and dry track as well as cool and freshly watered one. I could find no issues with them. This experience inspired me to buy some Calibers for my 1/8th scale buggy and truggy. Good job Pro-Line.

great tire
these tires work great when the track is watered but also really dry. when the track was extremely wet they wouldn't clear out but that is when you change to the proline bowties but, over all it is a great tire

Awesome
I had a tough time trying to find a set of tires that would work well in extremely dusty conditions. So far the Caliber M3 works the best! These are definately the best short course tires out there.

Great tire
Used this tire on loomy track with alot of turns. Hooked up great. Used these tires on a a Blitz with BL setup on split six rims. Part of the track is hard and the soft tires hooked up too. Very versatile.
