This is a pair of Pro-Line Caliber 1:8 Buggy tires. Step-pin technology collides with small pin technology to bring you a tire tread that is versatile and long-lasting. Introducing the Caliber for 1:8 buggies. Here’s what people are saying about the new Caliber:

“My favorite tire has always been the Hole Shot. After running the Calibers, though, I have a new favorite tire. I can’t wait to start running these at a club level,”
~Team driver Ronda Drake.

"After watching Josh Wheelers cars at the NATS warmup race, M2 and XTR Calibers on buggy and [Caliber VTR on] truck were AMAZING! That is about all I am planning on running at nats. Can't wait..."
~Chad Brosseau

“The Caliber looks awesome and it’s going to be in my arsenal for many races to come,”
~Ricky Gaynor, Winner of 2009 Nitro Challenge 1:8 Buggy Open class

At the Euro's Warm-up
"I think the rounded profile helped when the tire started to wear flatter. The block style spike worked very well when the pins had worn down. When you’re looking to expand your tire selection with a long-lasting, high-performance tire, then check out the new Caliber."

Please note: All tires & wheels are sold in pairs, unless otherwise noted.

Best All Around Tire!!!!
If you are looking for a Tire but not sure what tread design to choose or not sure about the track conditions you might be racing on the the Caliber is the tire for you. From the 1st day I tried the Caliber it has worked on any track condition, wet, dry, loose, blue groove or indoor or outdoor this tire works! Are you also worried about if this tire will last in a 30-45 minute A-Main this tire last even in a M3 compound. This will always be my tire to go to when other PL tires are not working!!!

THE MUHAMMAD ALI OF TIRES!
Since its first mayor release in 2009 at the Silver State Nitro Challenge, the Caliber has amazed me. Its unique triangle 2-steped pin tread pattern caught my eye. What amazed me is that from loose dusty track like Revelation Raceway in Southern California to hard packed abrasive track such as The Nitro Pit in Arizona even in the rocky dirt that Silver Bowl in Vegas provides, the Caliber HOOKS! And best of all is that TRACTION gets better with wear! Overall the Caliber is an amazing state to state, beginner to pro this tire is the BEST. GREAT BUY!

Achieving excellence in the tire world!
I get excited about new tires. Similar to the excitement you'd see from an eight-year-old when the ice cream truck goes by. It was no different with the Pro-Line Caliber. It was love at first site. I could not wait to lay down some laps with this new tire. I immediately noticed how much more planted my buggy felt. I could push the car harder into the corner at the end of the staight and the tires launched the car extremely hard out of the corner. I saw better steering, better acceleration and perfect sidebite. And to top it off, the Caliber really held up well in the harshest conditions. At the end of the day, I was as happy as an eight-year-old with a fudgesicle in the summer time. The Pro-Line Caliber had me grinning from ear to ear. It works.

My First Choice!
I have never tried a tire so versatile as the Proline Caliber! Whether the track is wet or dry; whether its packed or loose, the Calibers always come through. I always start my race day with this tire and don't need to change them most of the time.
